If you are on a monthly subscription plan and your payment has failed recently (payments are usually rejected by the bank if there is insufficient funds) you will see this message in the billing page:

When you try to run a job from command line you will get this message:

Error: Your last payment on FloydHub failed. Please update your card information. If this is unexpected, contact [email protected]

When you see this you should check if your card info is no longer valid. You can update the card info in the billing page: https://www.floydhub.com/settings/billing

Your account will get back to normal state within 24 hours. If you need to this be fixed immediately contact support.
